DescriptionOutspan Inn is situated in Port St Johns, on the beautiful Wild Coast at the mouth of the Umzimvubu River. A short walk across the lawns takes you straight down to First (our!) Beach. It’s not a swimming beach, but is great for sundowners, walks, and building sand castles.ACCOMMODATION The Outspan Inn offers you the choice of en-suite B&B and fully equipped self-catering units. All rooms open onto the spacious, child friendly sub-tropical gardens. The securely fenced pool is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration whilst enjoying a meal prepared in the a' la carte Restaurant situated on the premises.Self catering The self catering units are two bedroomed, sleeping four people in comfort. The living and kitchen area are open plan, the kitchen being fully equipped. There is a braai (barbecue) area if open air cooking is your style. If you’re a fisherman, you’ve got the Umzimvubu River mouth at your doorstep. If you’re a birder, you’ll have quite a few of the 120 species spotted on the premises in the trees above you. If you’re in Port St johns to chill, then wander over to the pool. The only thing we ask you to bring is beach towels. Our facilities include a games room, in which TV and videos can be watched, and pool and table tennis can be played. Our swimming pool is fenced, and the gardens are child friendly, with large lawns, a jungle gym and children's favourite: the Climbing Tree. DININGMouth-watering breakfasts are served at the restaurant or in the tropical garden.
