We operate a small friendly family oriented park catering for tourists of all ages. Our park is situated on the main beach of Gonubie, which is the major tourist area of town. Gonubie Holiday Resort is situated on the beach in the coastal town of Gonubie. Only 8km off the main East London/Durban N2 route, and twenty minutes away via the Freeway from the thriving City of East London the resort is the perfect base to explore the East Coast, the Kei River area and the surrounding Historic towns of Cathcart, Stutterheim and King Williams Town.

ACCOMMODATION

Caravan and Camping

Enjoy the independence and freedom of a caravan or camping holiday in an area of unspoilt beauty and Golden beaches.

All our sites have electrical outlets and water points nearby, and most offer full or partial shade. The sites are level and are large enough to accommodate most caravans, motorhomes and tents.

Self Catering Chalets

At Gonubie Holiday Resort we also offer you comfortable self-catering accommodation: - one cottage as well as 20 Timber chalets that are all fully equipped for a family holiday. All the units have bed linen, blankets and towels provided.

Gonubie Holiday Resort has received 3 Stars from the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa for their Self Catering facilities for 2005.
