We are also close to the airport, golf course, bowling club, Virgin Active Gym, dolphinarium, University and Technikon. We are approximately 1 hour's drive to the Addo Elephant Park,Shamwari and various game reserves.

Our elegant, luxuriously appointed rooms are furnished with your comfort in mind. All have full, sparkling, en-suite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries. Units have: separate entrances with either private garden or balcony. Particular attention has been paid to the quality of the beds and percale linen to ensure that you have a restful and comfortable night's sleep.

Directions

From Cape Town: Take the Cape Road turnoff and proceed right to the end (Cape Road joins into Russell Road). Continue down Russell Road until you see the Summerstrand turnoff for the freeway. Follow this road. The sea will be on your left side all the way. When you come off the M4 stay left, following the sea to HUMEWOOD, along Beach Road. Carry along Beach Road with the sea to your left, until you see the Marine Protea Hotel (5th Avenue) turn up 6th Avenue. We are 3 houses behind the hotel - on the corner of 6th Avenue and Margate Street. If you miss the Cape Road turnoff then carry on the N2 until you see the Settlers Way turnoff, then proceed as below driving straight through to Summerstrand. From Durban, Johannesburg, East London and Grahamstown: Travel along the N2 - alongside the sea. Follow the sign that says SETTLERS WAY, P.E AIRPORT M4 - the lefthand branch. Travel along the M4 - follow the Settlers Way, PE Airport, University Sign. You will then see a sign M4, City, Summerstrand. The sea will be on you left side all the way. DO NOT take any off ramps. When you come off the M4 stay left, following the sea, to Humewood, along Beach Road. Carry along Beach Road until you see the Marine Protea Hotel (5th Avenue), turn up 6th Avenue. We are 3 houses behind the hotel - on the corner of 6th Avenue and Margate Street.
