Self catering suites are also available. The Blue Lagoon offers two restaurant’s, the Sunset Restaurant is renowned for its excellent cuisine. This is a popular venue for weddings, cocktails parties and corporate functions. The Highlander Pub and Grill is a more informal restaurant with a lively pub and deck overlooking the river, making it ideal for sundowners and cocktail while watching a spectacular sunset. A new addition to our hotel is an upmarket cocktail lounge, “Upstairs On Blue” which is open to patrons of 25 years and older. This venue is also available for private functions. The hotel offers four well equipped conference venues which are ideal for seminars, training programmes and executive meetings. East London is proud of it's unspoilt coastline and Blue Lagoon is situated on the Nahoon Mouth facing the famous Nahoon Reef - a "surfers Paradise". DirectionsDIRECTIONS FROM PORT ELIZABETH TO EAST LONDON
After the Airport – carry on along Settlers Way crossing the Steve Biko Bridge.
Crossing two sets of traffic lights into town (Fleet Street) and carry on straight after the traffic circle.
Carry on along Fleet Street until the stop street at the intersection of Fleet and Fitzpatrick Road.
Turn left.
Carry on along Fitzpatrick Road; this will become Valley Road and then the Highway
Once on the Highway you will take the Beacon Bay off ramp on your left.
Go over a Bridge and take your first turn right.
Carry on along Beaconhurst Drive until the Engen Garage.
Turn right into Hillcrest Drive.
Carry on for approx. 1 km until Blue Bend Place.
Blue Lagoon Hotel is at the bottom of the speed bumps on the right hand side.
DIRECTIONS FROM N6 (JHB ETC) TO BLUE LAGOON HOTEL
Follow the N6 on the Macleantown Road until you reach a T-Junction.
Turn left to Beacon Bay and carry on straight over the bridge until you come to a traffic circle.
Carry on straight until you reach the third traffic circle.
At the third traffic circle turn right into Beaconhurst Drive.
Carry on straight until you come to an Engen Garage. At the garage turn left into Hillcrest Drive.
Carry on straight along Hillcrest Drive and follow the signs to Blue Lagoon Hotel.
DIRECTIONS FROM EAST LONDON AIRPORT TO BLUE LAGOON HOTEL

DIRECTIONS FROM UMTATA
From Umtata take the off ramp marked East London / Beacon Bay.
At the stop sign turn right to Beacon Bay.
Carry on along this road, you will pass Florodale Nursery.
Once you have past the Nursery, there will be another stop sign, at which you must turn left into Bonza Bay Road.
Carry on along Bonza Bay Road, when you get to a third traffic circle, turn right.
Carry on along Beaconhurst Drive, until you see the Engen Garage.
At the Garage turn left into Hillcrest Road.
Near the end of Hillcrest Road, where the road forks turn right, at the bottom you will see Blue Lagoon Hotel.
